Pilates Arc Barrel

The Arc Barrel — smaller in scale than the Spine Corrector and Mini Barrel, significant in function.

Its gentle curve provides support and feedback for mat work, reformer exercises, and apparatus transitions. It can be used to decrease the challenge of an exercise for those building their range, or to increase it for those who are ready. The arc decompresses the lumbar spine, opens the chest, and gives the body a reference point for neutral alignment that is difficult to find on a flat surface.

Compact, portable, and quietly essential. A piece of apparatus that belongs in every classical studio and many homes.

Measures 49cm long x 56cm wide x 14cm at top of arc.
