Magnet Heels

Developed by a Pilates instructor to solve a specific and persistent problem: heels that separate when they shouldn't.

During exercises like the Teaser, Short Spine Massage, and Long Spine Massage, keeping the heels together and feet turned out, centreline engaged, and the posterior chain connected is essential to performing the movement correctly. The Magnet Heels use strong neodymium magnets to hold the heels in place during these exercises — firm enough to provide real feedback, but releasing easily when the exercise calls for it.  A useful tool for students and instructors alike.

Made from neoprene with a non-slip base, they stay securely in position during practice.
