Magnet Heels

Developed by a Pilates instructor to correct problems with foot position and encourage a strong posterior chain connection, Magnet Heels do what it says on the tin - strong magnets keep the heels in place as needed to facilitate correct form, but still allow them to separate easily when needed.  Ideal for learning exercises such as teaser and short and long spine massage; and correcting uneven movement during frogs.  Neoprene construction and a non slip bottom keeps them firmly in place.  Exclusive to Focus Pilates.
