Designed to enhance core stability and alignment while standing, the Ped-o-Pul opens a new world of Pilates exercises.

Strengthen the entire body and dramatically improve balance while elongating the spine and correcting shoulder girdle issues.

Adjustable height T Pole measures 185cm - 225cm at 2cm increments 

SAFETY NOTE: The functionality of the Ped O Pul requires it to be freestanding. The design mandates the User to either stand or sit on the Ped O Pul, or for a second person to hold the apparatus upright during use, to prevent falling over.
