A little known bit of Pilates kit, the sandbag strengthens the upper body including the hands, wrists, and arms.

It encourages correct posture and alignment while bearing weight through the upper body and is ideal for treating issues like arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow, and “texting thumb”.
