Pilates Spine Corrector

The Spine Corrector does exactly what its name suggests — and so much more besides.

Its curved form maps the natural shape of the spine, supporting it through movements that open the chest, lengthen the hip flexors, and strengthen the deep muscles of the back and abdomen from positions that flat surfaces cannot offer. Exercises that restrict on the mat become accessible. Movements that are difficult to find become clear.

Compact enough to place on a reformer or tower for combined apparatus work, and light enough to store easily in any studio, the Spine Corrector is one of the most versatile pieces in the classical repertoire. It sits quietly at the edge of the studio and earns its place every single session.
