Joseph Pilates designed the Wunda Chair for the small apartments of New York City — a piece of apparatus that could pass for furniture and still deliver a complete, challenging practice. Our Wunda Chair honours that vision.

The chair challenges balance, stability, and strength in ways that no other apparatus replicates. The spring-loaded pedal demands engagement from the feet upwards through the entire body, making every exercise an exercise in integration. Standing, seated, kneeling, facing forwards or back — the Wunda Chair works the body from every angle with unflinching precision.

Three rear and two front spring settings allow for a wide range of resistance across the repertoire. The chair is upholstered by hand in England in your choice of colour. It will challenge you from the first session and continue to reward you years later.

Please note: unlike the original Pilates design, our version is not intended for use as a sitting chair and cannot be converted.

Large and upholstered items are custom made to order in the order they are received and ship in under 3 months.  Please note for upholstered items that due to screen variables, colour deviation is possible.  We are happy to provide swatches.
